Why I Run: |
"I
started running 3 miles home from school at the age of thirteen. I enjoyed
running recreationally (off and on) until I was 60. At age 60, I conditioned myself for a new business venture by running. At 75, I run for quality of life and longevity. (Hopefully)." |
