Best Race(s): "A 5 Mile St. Patrick's Day run at 16 years of age. At the half way mark, I was in 75th place and finished in 7th place. At this race there were no times, only place. This was the only competitive road race I ran until I turned 60 years of age." Personal Records:

Why I Run:

"I started running 3 miles home from school at the age of thirteen. I enjoyed running recreationally (off and on) until I was 60.

At age 60, I conditioned myself for a new business venture by running.

At 75, I run for quality of life and longevity. (Hopefully)."
